Shipping

We offer free shipping to all addresses within the United Kingdom, regardless of the order value. This means you don't have to worry about any hidden fees or additional charges

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and up-to-date when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping information.

After you have successfully placed your order, we require 1-2 business days, except weekends to process your order. For example if you place your order on Friday it means that it will be dispatched on Monday. Before shipping we make quality checks, packing and dispatching. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email with your order details and shipping information.

We use RoyalMail for all our deliveries. Depending on your location, delivery times may vary, but generally, you can expect your package to arrive within 2-4 business days after it has been shipped. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your package has been dispatched so that you can monitor its progress. Delivery times are calculated from the day your package has been dispatched, not from the day you place your order. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by RoyalMail or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or public holidays.
